Using GoedeReis for the first time

Welcome!


Once you are onboarded, you will receive your login information to access the app.

It's common for some users to receive the "wrong password" message when attempting to enter the app for the first time.

If this happens, please try the steps below: 

1. Copy and paste the password directly from the email to the password field;

2. Check if you did not copy spaces (both on the front and at the end of the password);

3. Try typing the password digit by digit;

If you still were not able to log in, please reach out to us. 

If you were able to log in, we highly recommend that you change your password immediately.

To do that, just go to your MENU > User Profile > Change Password.


Another common, and honest mistake is to download the 'Livemobility' app, which is not the right one. Please search for GoedeReis in your app store and download that one.
