I cannot log in, I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, don't worry! 

Go to your mobile app and click "Forgot password". You will be asked to provide your email - the same email you use for your GoedeReis account - and you will receive a new password generated by our system in your inbox. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk box and make sure to tag us as a safe contact so you don't miss it next time! 

Once you log in again, you may go to your User Profile menu to add a new and personal password. Make sure it's a password that is easy to remember and secure.
