YES! You can organize your recording schedule as you wish within the app in 'Menu' > 'Tracker settings':
You can set the tracker to automatic, which will record all your trips at all times.
You can set the tracker to record your trips within a time frame.
You can set the tracker to record trips on individual days.
You can set the tracker to record trips on individual days and individual times for each day.
