How to use the website chat

We have recently added a website chat widget so everyone can easily get in touch and access our help center. So we will give you a few tips while using our chat. 


First, give us your name and say something in the message box;

Then you can select the language you prefer to be attended;

Now you'll have to answer some questions in order to get the most relevant result;

If our response was not helpful just leave us a message at the end of the chat; 

If by any chance you clicked on the wrong option, just reply with HELP' or 'STOP' anytime and it will reboot the chat so you can restart and make the right choice. 

If you left the website and came back for further assistance, but the chat has not restarted, please clean your cookies and the chat will restart fresh. 

Here is how you clear your cookies from Livemobility's website only, without having to delete all your history or even cookies from other pages: 

1. Click on the lock icon in your website page
2. Click on 'Cookies'
3. The cookies box will open and you will see all the links using cookies.
4. Select each link individually and click on 'remove' till all is clear.
5. Click on 'Done' to conclude. 




You also may notice that we added a Whatsapp widget as well, which is only placed in the 'Contact' page. Feel free to whatsapp us if you feel like the support provided so far wasn't of much help. We are here to assist you in the best way possible.
